Prior to our involvement, Allen Price operated under the name Allen Price & Scarratts, following the acquisition of Scarratts & Associates in 2015.

In 2024, Allen Price acquired town planning firm Cowman Stoddart. While the tradition of adding surnames to their trading name had served well for three quarters of a century - the name ‘Allen Price Scarratts Cowman Stoddart’ did not reflect the seamlessness of their offering.

Allen Price & Scarratts approached Beans to bring simplicity and consistency to their brand identity.

Beans conducted a series of workshops and desktop surveys with Allen Price leadership past and present to distill the vision for the business. Beans prepared a brand and marketing strategy, and got to work.

Over the following months Beans began to rebuild the brand of Allen Price & Scarratts, officially changing the name to Allen Price on November 1st, 2024.

The rebrand involved a completely new visual identity that speaks to the integrated and multi-disciplinary offering of Allen Price. History, legacy, place, community and expertise were recurring themes throughout the strategic process, and so the new identity brought these ideas to life with a modern and structured logo and wordmarks.

Aerial photography was used to demonstrate not only the scale of their impact but also the diversity of their expertise across greenfield, suburban and coastal locations. The use of colour emphasises the diversity of their offering, whilst heavy use of white space affirms simplicity and clarity.

The new brand was designed and rolled out across the usual suspects: The planning, writing, and design of a new website, with a particular emphasis on their core services, long-standing history, case studies, and search engine optimisation.

Alongside the website we refreshed all sales and brand collateral, including capability statements, invoices, business cards, Microsoft Word templates for letterheads, reports and proposals, as well as office and vehicle signage, email signatures, uniforms, photography and more.

Our comprehensive approach to brand development and execution ensured that Allen Price's new brand identity was consistently and professionally presented across all platforms.
